9^th Annual Flan Fest-February 25th, 11a-4p

Forty contestants will be competing for the Top Flan in Tampa Bay.

Judging:  12Noon (Winners will be selected in both traditional and non-traditional (chocolate, strawberry, etc.) categories)

Flan Walk & Eating Contest:  2pm

Winners announced: 2:30pm

Flan Sampling, Shopping and Entertainment all day long!!
